(DCP - Business Manager)
General Purpose
Efficiently manage the administrative and marketing needs of the DCP-Business Manager in line with business objectives and company guidelines.
Principal Accountabilities
* Ensure the accomplishment of administrative tasks to support the DCP-Business Manager in accomplishing business and operational objectives
* Facilitate an efficient communication and scheduling process involving local DCP personnel and respective colleagues in the A/P region such as meeting and audio-conferences to discuss quarterly or monthly performance
Specific Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Business Manager in his daily office requirement which includes:
* Manages records and correspondences (local and international); coordinate all external and internal confidential and non-confidential communications
* Handles and screens telephone calls for Business Manager
* Schedules appointments and manage travel schedules including foreign guests
* Utilizes available office technology wares and programs for the preparation/distribution and gathering of communications and reports, to and from various departments and offices
* Relay and/or gather communications to appropriate offices in a timely and accurate manner
* Organize and handle files including confidential information/material for the DCP Business Manager
* Manage meeting schedules of DCP Marketing & Business Manager; coordinate preparation of Requirements for business meetings
Qualifications
* A graduate of any related four-year business course
* Preferably with a marketing background
* At least 4 years experience in secretarial work/executive assistant function
* Computer literate esp. in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* High proficiency in English (oral & written communication)

Registration & Regulatory Affairs SupervisorGeneral Purpose
Responsible to lead and implement the product registration and Regulatory affairs program of DuPont crop protection business in the Philippines.
Principal Accountabilities
* Organizes and implements product registration & regulatory affairs programs
* Register crop protection products with the registration authority. prepare & submit to the regulatory data package for evaluation and approval
* Monitor data gaps and provide regulatory with the complete data
* Negotiate and manage well the relationship with the regulators and evaluators
* Provide technical support to sales and marketing team on residue, label issues and concerns
* Monitor, summarize, submit safe use/product stewardship report to the regulators and industry association
* Network with local, regional and global registration folks
Major Functions:
* Implement the product registration and regulatory affairs program of the Dupont crop protection business
* Organizes and submits products registration data packages for evaluation and approval of the registration authority
* Negotiate and manage the relationship with the regulators
* Provide technical support to sales and marketing on residue and label issues
* Implement safe use/product stewardship activities of the business
* Obtain / renew product registration licenses and permits
Major Challenges:
* Obtaining the registration approvals from the regulatory agency for new products, experimental use permits and label expansion is the major challenge for the position.
* Submission of a complete package that meets all the data requirement to obtain registration approvals.
* Provide technical support with emphasis on crop residue and label to the field force
* Ensure safe use activities are properly implemented and maintain goal of zero pesticide poisoning
Qualifications:
* Must have at least 3-5 years in registration and regulatory work
* Knowledge on government product registration policies and guidelines
* Knowledge on FAO Code of Conduct, FAO Specs, Codex MRL, etc.
* Strong influence in the regulatory, scientific communities, government agencies and industry association
* Must be willing to work/assigned in Canlubang, Laguna
Marketing Services AnalystGeneral Purpose
* Researches opportunities and determines potential markets for products/services in the food & beverage, industrial, chemical and electronics industries using established methodology and design
* Performs a variety of administrative functions to support the timely execution of plans and projects related to sales effectiveness across countries and SBUs in Asia-Pacific
Principal Accountabilities
Market Researcher
* Utilize primary and secondary research to determine opportunities and size of potential markets
* Get a working knowledge of DuPont products and relevant applications to target market segments
* Monitor industry statistics and provide analysis of market trends
* Determine market needs and illustrate how DuPont products and services fit
CM & S Assistant
* Maintains schedules for key sales and marketing projects
* Manages the training schedule and travel plans of the corporate marketing & sales effectiveness manager for Asia Pacific
* Assist in the planning monitoring and logistics of projects and training programs across countries and SBUs in Asia Pacific
* Manages records and correspondences
* Coordinates all external and internal confidential and non-confidential communications
Qualifications:
* A graduate of any related four-year business course
* Preferably with marketing/economics background
* Market research experience is a plus factor
* Computer literate esp. in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* High proficiency in English (oral and written communication)
