Los Baños, LAGUNA - Jeric Gado, a BS Agriculturral Chemistry Student of UP Los Baños was appointed as the new Head of the Lakas Angkan Disciple Making Movement last Novemeber 26.

In an emergency meeting called by the former LADMM Head Erwin Arcillas, a new Core Group was formed to take care of the organization's activities inside the UPLB Campus. Other members of the said elite team were Glaiza Zamora (Secretary and LADMM's Representative to the UPLB Kapatiran), Zandra Gonzales, John Ruzzel Galoso, Alex John Galicia and Paula Ramos. Former Heads Arcillas and Ben Patrick Vispo is yet to announce the next Vice President - a position vacated by Gado when he was appointed to lead the Core Group.

"We will yet to arrive a plan for the organization, but our major task is to ensure that LAYF (Lakas Angkan Youth Fellowship) takes place in order", Gado said.

It is yet to known if one of the Group's Plan is to change the name of the Organization from LADMM to LAYF (Lakas Angkan Youth Fellowship). "It was still during our time when we we're still Undergrads that we planned to change the name of the Organization," Vida Garce Sinohin answered. "We should all pray for this." Sinohin along with Roberto Figueroa Jr. are the Coordinators of LAYF.

LADMM is a duly recognized Christian Organization in UPLB. The said Organizaion is also a member of the UPLB KAPATIRAN - an alliance of Christian Organizations in UPLB. Hannah Rizza Forio, Instructor at Institute of Mathematical Science and Physics in UPLB is the current Junior Adviser of LADMM.

sya nga pala, nung lider lideran ako ng haggai, I observed Jeric as a very good treasurer. During my term, our first treasurer was Mark Harold. sa kanya nagmana si Jeric. Magaling magmanage ng financial matters si Mark. When he transferred to another apartment, I thought I lost a good manager. But I was wrong. Jeric took over the post. and indeed, he was as good as his predecessor.
