Forget about the snotty, litany filled descriptions that your professors, instructors, blockmates tell you about your course... Tell us why in the world you are in your course and why is it so special that you're taking it... ...or maybe you could settle for something else

| you get to this class, HNF 11..luluto kayo every week and then you get to eat and take it home..makes your stomach happy..makes your roomate's stomach happy...any course that makes everybody happy is the best course!!  |

| Sa chemistry... 1. Bawal maglotion pag may laboratory ka (kc chemical would easily penetrate your skin) 2. Bawal kumain sa lab (kc imbes na pomelo juice, bka chromium dioxide pa ang mainom mo. Parehas pa nman sila ng kulay) 3. For a 6-hour lab, maghihintay ka ng almost 3-4 hours for the reaction kahit na may catalyst pa sya (only to find out na ang % recovery mo ay mas mababa sa 5% minsan nga 0 pa, as in wala talaga) 4. Magsasawa ka sa reaction na hugis Piattos (nakakarelate ang mga chem 40 students) 5. Pagaganahin mo ang iyong imagination (day-dreaming kumbaga) kasi nga hindi mo nakikita ang pinag-aaralan mong molecular structure in real life 6. Ma-iimmune ang ilong mo sa sari-saring amoy ng chemicals (baka nga "fart" ng classmate mo, kaya mo na ring tiisin) 7. Eto ang pinakamganda. Dahil marami pang undicovered elements, pwede mong ipangalan sa yo ang madidiscover mo. (Imagine a chemical name called Ricardium with symbol "Rc" or Pascuanium na may symbol na "Pa") hehehhe |

| ^ well marami naman misconceptions and wrong sterotypes sa courses. ang sterotype naman sa mga comsci... "Huy diba comsci ka? Pa-ayos naman ng computer namin sa bahay!" Erm... di po kami tinuturuan maging technician dito. hehehe. masaya sa comsci kasi we get to spend at least 4 hours a week with free internet and aircon. haha! _________________  |

| Hahaha! So true.. So true.. Hindi po kami technicians.. Although minsan, we because of exposure, we tend to be required to know about certain stuff. Halimbawa: - Pano magtangal ng virus (Brontok) - Anong magandang specifications sa pagbili ng PC - Saan makakapag-download ng stuff. - Paano maglagay ng mga kung anu-anong kaartehan sa Friendster o sa Blog. (Although tinuturo talaga satin yun.) - At siyempre... - Pano mag-copy and paste (a skill I've mastered through the years [parang ang tagal nang ComSci, no?]) Pero di lang naman sa ComSci merong wrong stereotypes e. Merong masamang stereotype ang mga ComArts at DevCom. (especially sa mga lalake) Dun naman sa net, binabayaran po natin yun. Mas mura nga lang. Wag ka ang matapat kay Sir H********a. Kung mahilig kang mag-net habang naglalab kasi alam mo na yung gagawin o.. Wala lang, trip mo lang. Mabubuwisit ka sa kanya. |
