meron ba kayong tips para sa mga nagsisimula pa lang mag-follow up ng contacts?

magsisimula pa lang po kasi ako mag-follow up ng contacts by God's grace, and alam kong maraming maitutulong ang mga ate at kuya sa mga tulad ko na bago lang sa pag-ffollow up.

PRAYER

Ipagpray natin ang mga fina-follow-up natin, bro. Asking for God's help is one of the best things you can do.
But that doesn't mean that all you need to do is to pray.
Alangan namang sa kakapray mo e. Lumapit sayo ang contact mo at magpafollow-up.
Following-up, I think, requires at least two other things.
- Effort
Syempre kaylangan may gawin ka. Having contacts mean you should contact them.
- Patience
Kulitin mo lang. Pahabaan kayo ng pasensya. Bibigay din yan. (Although minsan, it is more adviceable to give-up move on to other contacts than to waste your time on those who won't commit)

Well, isa sa mga tipz ng pag fofollow up na very effective aside form prayer and your intimate relationship sa God... is.......

To know the need/s of your contact.. show to him that you are interested na maka establish tlaga siya ng relationship with God... be keen sa mga needs nya (whatever wuld that be)..at pag na realize nya met ng God through you yung needs nya, I bet madali na lang i pasok mo sa knya ang mga teachings...or kung hindi man through you, eh through sa mga kapatiran... pag student.. syempre, acads, and some financial needs, or friendship or attntion (kahit konti) or appreciation....basta ask the Holy Spirit na reveal sau yung needs ng "spiritual son" mo.. actually ma amaze ka kc, magkakaroon ka ng wsdom from the Lord about that! basta ma relaize nya na genuine ang concern mo sa kanya.. You MAY NOT answer ALL his questions regarding faith or whatever kc bata ka pa, pero once na ma discern niya na TOTOO ka, then, yun ang start na magpatuloy siya.

Ito pa: ikaw din kelangan kumain ng madami, kc merong basic law na, YOU CAN ONLY GIVE WHAT YOU HAVE!.. so kelanagn mo din maging resposnible sa pagbabasa ng Word, and of course sa intimacy mo with God.

So that would bring me to a keyword: RELATIONSHIP

I'm so blessed na marinig n meron n namang new guys na very interested to follow up.. Naalala ko tuloy yung unang time na nag´karoon me ng BS contact way back in 1997...What a joy na makita mo yung mga contacts mo na nagggrow! Pagpalain ka Mokimoki sa iyong pagfofollow up! Sharing 1 Cor 15:58...

well that is very much true, na kelangan ikaw mismo ay nasa right heart with the Lord kasi yun yung maipapasa mo sa mga "anak" mo...

Ang isang malaking bagay na natutunan ko sa pagfofollow up at siguro yun ang pinakaimportante ay ang marealize natin na this is not our work, it is God's work. And we are just His instruments. Ibebless niya tayo kung sa ginagawa natin Siya ang nagoglorify at hindi kahit sino o ano pa. So for me, i left no confidence on myself. Because on our own we will surely fail.

And I'm so amazed with prayer. There is so much more to learn about it. Pagminsan diba may mga bagay na gusto mong (at atat na atat) marealize at maconvict ang contacts mo. Na hindi mo naman pwedeng ipukpok agad sa kokote nila kasi hindi mo pa tantya ang maturity nila. ipagpray mo lang at maaamaze ka na naunahan ka na ng Holy Spirit sa pagturo sa kanila. Wala kang tinuro na ganon. Pinagpray mo lang. Ang Holy Spirit na ang nagturo. Amazing yon for me. Kaya kanino napunta ang glory? Diba kay Lord?

Natutunan ko rin sa LDI kay ate Fe of CLSU (dahil ang dami na nyang spiritual apo). Ang "secret" niya daw ay praying for them by name. Kaya tinry ko yun at effective!

So bago ka sumabak sa pagfollow up, pray having in mind that it is not you who convict people but the Holy Spirit. And all you can do is be faithful in your cell group schedules and love them-- give until it hurts.

Isipin mo rin na kung anong puno siya ring bunga. Alalahanin mo na ang goal mo for your contacts ay maging disciples/cell leaders din sila tulad mo. Be an example of the best cell group leader one can be. Kasi gagayahin ka rin nila kung sila na ang magiging cell group leaders.
