1) Magkaroon tayo ng web team (technical working group or info mngt team, etc)
2) Discuss ano yung mga basic info na ilalagay. tulad yung nakalagay na info sa lakasangkan.minihost.org: what is LA, beliefs natin, history, LA Ministry areas na nasa map (then clickable ito at may magpapakita about that ministry, pwde ring photos, kahit isa lang that will distinguish ministry area natin)
3) after making the content, form a group that will check and approve the info to be put in the web (something like Quality Management Team or Info Mngt Team? dunno... more suggestions pls...) This may include kuya Boni and other key leaders in the ministry... As the info is being lined-up/checked, make plans for promotion...
4) Then, if everything is a-okay, publish it in the web...
5) Next step, another planning... what you want to add aside from the basic info of our ministry... other services? links to add? photos? etc... Then the cycle goes on... Quality mngt team... etc... etc...
6) Then, plan again other info that you want to add/put in our website... tulad ng nasa lakasangkan.minihost.org natin... madaming laman dun... pasyalan nyo mga kapatid... andaming content talaga...
7) Plan a feedback form pala... and the cycle goes on...
Ayan, these are my ideas... Establish networks with other ministry areas... kung kailangang textan sila, do it! kung kailangang sulatan sila (snail mail), do it! kung kailangang tawagan sila,... txt na lang... mahal ang call... hehehe...
